In April 2018, Arshine Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd(Arshine Pharma) had come another good news. Arshine Pharma delightly won “AEO” (formerly AA level) advanced certification, the highest level of enterprise management in China Customs General Administration, becoming the 35th enterprise to receive the award of more than 11000 customs import and export record enterprises in Hunan Province.

At the 105th / 106th annual meeting of the WCO in 2005, the WCO adopted the Framework of Standards for Global Security and Facilitation of Trade (hereinafter referred to as the Standard Framework), which is built on two pillars. That is, the cooperation between customs and customs and the cooperation between customs and business. AEO is the abbreviation of "Authorized Economic Operator". It is a system introduced by the World Customs Organization (WCO) in order to realize the Standard Framework, build a partnership between customs and business, and achieve the goal of trade security and facilitation. AEO is a system for customs to authenticate and approve enterprises with a high level of law-abiding, credit status and safety so as to give them practical convenience and preferential measures.
Since 2012, under the guidance of Professor Hong Sheng, a domestic famous management master, Arshine Pharma has introduced the global famous management system-enterprise excellence management model to manage all links of the whole business process in detail. In 2015, Arshine Pharma introduced the ERP system of German SAP to optimize the whole flow of supply chain including sales, procurement, logistics, warehousing, customs clearance, inspection, tax rebate and payback, etc. The efficiency and accuracy of information processing have been greatly improved through the comprehensive information upgrade through ERP. And passed ISO9001 management certification twice in 2014 and 2017 respectively. In 2015, Arshine Pharma passed the General Enterprise Certification Standard of China Customs and obtained the Certificate (former A Enterprise Management of Customs).
After five years of hard work, Arshine Pharma has made remarkable achievements in the whole system management of the enterprise (including strategic management, objective management, supply chain business process management, financial system management, human resources modules system management, system and standardized management, organizational system and talent system construction, etc.). In 2017, Arshine Pharma ushered in new challenges and opportunities. In July of this year, Arshine Pharma formally submitted the application for AEO advanced certification to the responsible XingSha Customs in Changsha, Hunan Province, and passed the application process. In October 2017, Xiao Min, director of the Enterprise Comprehensive Section of Changsha Customs Inspection Department, led the relevant customs staff to conduct a one-day on-site review and strict examination in Arshine Pharma, randomly checked almost all management systems, especially the verification of the ERP system, and field system verification of 4 completed customs declaration forms at random. The whole process is very strict and tense. The result of the final certification inspection made Director Xiao Min very satisfied, and she was even surprised to say that she could not imagine that there was such a rigorous company in Hunan with such a high level of informatization! She highly affirmed Arshine Pharma's information level, and also put forward the hope that Arshine Pharma would give Hunan foreign trade enterprises a good start, promote more foreign trade enterprises, and standardize the management of import and export processes.

With the support and help of Changsha Customs Inspection Department, Arshine Pharma carried out necessary partial rectification and promotion, and eventually passed the certification in April 2017, and got the "green pass" AEO advanced certification recognized in global trade. Since then, in international trade, Arshine Pharma has added another "Gold signboard". In the future import and export work, Arshine Pharma will increase the efficiency of customs clearance, reduce the rate of customs inspection, and enjoy a proprietary customs coordinator policy and the AEO mutual recognition of the various customs facilities and so on. So far, China has passed AEO mutual recognition with more than 30 countries around the world, and the customers of more than 30 countries will also receive preferential treatment from Arshine Pharma AEO advanced certification in customs import and customs clearance.
