DESCRIPTION
Nutri E-SEL Liquid- Feed Grade is composition of Vitamin E and Selenium liquid form - Feed Grade is an antioxidant compound, which protects cells against oxidative damage and improves immune system function. Vitamin E and Selenium - Feed Grade is required for growth and reproduction, it helps to maintain the structural tissue integrity, it supports development of the nervous system and contributes to disease resistance. Furthermore it enhances the nutritional value of meat and eggs. Emerging research have shown that Chicks from hens supplemented with 300 mg/kg vitamin E presented better humoral immunity and more active lymphocytes. However supplementation of vitamin E above the minimum requirement with Selenium improves ovulation during the last phase of the laying period, improving the bird's defense system and averting negative consequences on egg production also in situations of environmental stress. Inadequate vitamin E and selenium in the diet of breeders is detrimental to fertility, giving rise to the production of eggs with low hatchability and high embryonic mortality during stress condition.
It has been experimentally calculated that every 100 mg/kg additional vitamin E in the diet increases the vitamin E content of meat to reach 7% of the recommended daily human intake. Adding Vitamin E oil and Sodium Selenite - Feed Grade to the diet is beneficial for birds under any sort of stress, including heat stress from exposure to hot weather. It has been shown to help enhance their immune system and alleviate metabolic signs of stress.

DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION
Young chickens and young hens of the laying species of less than 1 to 5 mg/kg mixed feed is derived from the good results. A supplement of 250 mg vitamin E/kg feed diminishes the decrease in egg production in heat stress. Supplements of 150-300 mg/kg feed stimulate the activity of the immune system. The amount of Se supplementation permitted in layer and breeder diets is 0.2 to 0.3 ppm
